  • Roller Software (our ticketing platform provider): to process ticket purchases and manage bookings. Roller Software processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at roller.software.
  • Adyen (payment processor): to process payment card transactions securely. Adyen holds and processes payment information in accordance with PCI DSS standards and their own privacy policy.
  • Australian Taxation Office and relevant authorities: where required for DGR receipt issuance or other legal compliance obligations.
  • Email marketing platforms: where you have consented to receive marketing communications, your email address and name may be held in an email marketing platform.
  • Law enforcement or regulatory bodies: where required or authorised by law.

We require all third-party service providers to handle your personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

7. Storage and Security

Your personal information is stored securely. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

Payment card data is processed and stored by Adyen and is not retained on our systems.

Where personal information is no longer required for the purpose it was collected, and there is no legal obligation to retain it, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

8. Photography and Video at the Estate

Woolmers Estate conducts photography and video at the estate from time to time for promotional and archival purposes. Images and footage may include visitors in general estate scenes.

If you do not wish to be included in any photography or filming, please notify a staff member upon arrival.

We will not publish images in which you are clearly identifiable without your consent.
