Leave a Gift in Your Will

Your Legacy

A gift today. A legacy forever.

A bequest to Woolmers Estate is one of the most enduring gifts a person can make. It costs nothing today, requires no change to your current lifestyle, and leaves something that will matter long after you are gone.

Woolmers Estate has stood since 1817. The buildings, the stories, the roses, the history of the convicts who built this place and the Archer family who shaped it — all of it has survived because people believed it was worth preserving. A gift in your Will ensures that belief carries forward.

Brickendon and Woolmers Estates are the only non-government owned UNESCO World Heritage Convict Sites in Australia. Their future depends entirely on the generosity of people who care about Australia’s history. A bequest, however large or small, is one of the most powerful ways you can be part of that future.

Your Impact

What Your Gift Will Support

A bequest to Woolmers Foundation Inc. can be directed toward the area of greatest need, or toward a specific project or building that is meaningful to you. Current priority areas include:

  • Structural restoration of the Woolmers homestead
  • Conservation and maintenance of the estate’s 18 original heritage buildings
  • Restoration of the National Rose Garden
  • Heritage interpretation and storytelling programs
  • Long-term preservation of the estate’s original contents and collections

We will honour your wishes and acknowledge your generosity with care and gratitude.
